But that’s not all. You can also use all the foods as supplements, on the recipe cards we’ll include information on other things you can mix the health foods with - we want to know the ideas you come up with, so we can build a community of health food lovers. And finally, we’ll include loads more information on each food: where it’s from, what vitamins it contains and even its latin name!
